Taiwan’s Merry Electronics lowers two series’ conversion prices

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 4 – Merry Electronics Co. Ltd. announced adjustments to the conversion prices of its second and third domestic unsecured convertible bonds, according to notices Monday.

The conversion price for the second domestic unsecured bonds will be adjusted to NT$125.90 from NT$126.60.

The third domestic unsecured bond series’ conversion price will be adjusted to NT$116.30 from NT$116.90.

Both price changes, effective Oct. 22, are due to a capital increase from the issuance of 6 million common shares.

The audio/visual equipment manufacturer is based in Taichung, Taiwan.
