Mariner Wealth Advisors to launch $400 million term loan on Thursday

New York, July 28 – Mariner Wealth Advisors will hold a lender call at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday to launch a $400 million term loan, of which $100 million is delayed-draw, according to a market source.

BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are the leads on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for acquisition financing.

Mariner Wealth Advisors is an investment adviser.
