New Issue: California Statewide Communities brings $117.47 million of Sutter Health bonds

New York, June 21 - The California Statewide Communities Development Authority priced $117,465,000 of series 2012A revenue bonds for Sutter Health, according to a term sheet.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/AA-) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due 2018 to 2028 with a term bond due in 2032. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a split maturity with a 4% coupon priced at 98.771 and a 5% coupon priced at 109.452.

Proceeds will be used to refund the health care system's series 2002B revenue bonds
