California Statewide: Sutter Health certificates prepayment canceled

Milwaukee, Jan. 26 - The California Statewide Communities Development Authority said the notice of the prepayment in full of its certificates of participation from purchase payments to be received from affiliates of Sutter Health, totaling $106.125 million, has been rescinded.
Sutter Health has directed that the prepayment not take place on Feb. 15.
The authority had announced on Jan. 15 that the certificates would be called at 101.
The following certificates were affected:
• $3.945 million of 6% certificates due Aug. 15, 2013;
• $3.705 million of 6% certificates due Aug. 15, 2014;
• $3.93 million of 6% certificates due Aug. 15, 2015;
• $4.165 million of 6% certificates due Aug. 15, 2016;
• $4.415 million of 6% certificates due Aug. 15, 2017;
• $4.68 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 15, 2018;
• $4.935 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 15, 2019;
• $43.37 million of 5.75% certificates due Aug. 15, 2027; and
• $33.43 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 15, 2031.
Sutter Health is based in Sacramento.
