Oldenburgische talks 10.25-year tier 2 notes at 8½%-8¾% area

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 17 – Oldenburgische Landesbank AG talked its offering of euro-denominated 10.25-year tier 2 notes (ISIN: DE000A11QJR3) to yield 8½% to 8¾%, according to a notice.

The notes come with 5.25 years of call protection.

Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and UBS Investment Bank are the bookrunners.

The issuer is a private financial institution based in Oldenburg, Germany.
