California Pollution’s Republic Services bonds have mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., April 18 – The California Pollution Control Financing Authority said its $164.86 million of series 2010 (AMT) and 2010B (non-AMT) solid waste refunding revenue bonds issued for the Republic Health Services, Inc. project are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.

The following will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on May 2:

• $144,205,000 of 0.65% 2010A bonds due Aug. 1, 2023; and

• $20,655,000 of 0.45% 2010B bonds due Aug. 1, 2024.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and tender agent.
