California Pollution Control to price $50 million bonds Wednesday

New York, June 7 - The California Pollution Control Financing Authority is scheduled to bring to market $50 million in series 2010A revenue bonds on Wednesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds will be sold through Goldman Sachs & Co.

The bonds are due June 1, 2040.

Proceeds will be used to improve structures integral to the San Jose Water Co. water project, including the replacement of wells, storage tanks, reservoirs, the motor control center and pump stations, as well as the acquisition of equipment.
