Farallon owns 5.3% of California Pizza Kitchen

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 3 - California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. investors led by Farallon Capital Partners, LP reported a 5.3% stake in the Los Angeles-based chain of casual dining restaurants.

The reporting persons own 1,558,821 shares of the company's stock, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
