Kantar starts roadshow for $400 million five-year secured notes

Portland, Me., June 21 – Kantar Summer Bidco B LLC started a roadshow on Monday for a $400 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (B2/B-), which will run through Thursday, with pricing expected during the June 28 week.

Morgan Stanley (lead left), Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Jefferies are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes are non-callable for two years.

Proceeds, together with proceeds from a concurrent term loan, shareholder contribution and cash on hand, will be used to consummate the acquisition of Numerator.
