Moody's puts Lundin Energy bonds on review for upgrade
Moody's Investors Service said it placed on a review for upgrade the Baa3 rating of the backed senior unsecured bonds issued by Lundin Energy Finance BV.
The placement of the bonds on a review for upgrade follows another Moody's rating action, which on Jan. 14 placed Aker BP ASA's Baa3 ratings on review for upgrade.
In December 2021 Aker BP announced an agreement to combine its operations with the oil and gas assets of Lundin Energy AB (Baa3 stable).
The resulting entity will operate under Aker BP's name as the second largest exploration and production company on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
