Moody's gives Aa2 to Calif. housing bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned ratings of Aa2 to $300 million of California Housing Finance Agency's home mortgage revenue bonds, 2008 series J and K.

Sale of the series J and K bonds is expected on May 1.

The outlook is stable.

Financial Security Assurance Inc. is expected to insure the 2008 series J bonds. FSA is rated Aaa with a stable outlook.
