S&P gives AA-/A-1+ to Calif. housing bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA-/A-1+ rating to the California Housing Finance Agency's $154.27 million of series 2008 A and B multifamily III bonds.

The issue includes $11.37 million of series A and $142.9 million of series B.

The outlook is stable.
