California Health Facilities plans $105 million bonds for Children's Hospital of Orange County

New York, Oct. 19 - The California Health Facilities Financing Authority is set to price $105 million of series 2011A revenue bonds for the Children's Hospital of Orange County, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A/A) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects for the hospital.
