Katerra official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., June 23 – Katerra, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Region 7 U.S. trustee Kevin M. Epstein, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The members are Gretchen Eck of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., based in Boston, Joann Haddad of Haddad Plumbing & Heating, Inc., based in Newark, N.J., Dan Falvo of Thyssenkrupp Elevator Corp., based in Atlanta, Michael T. Bannigan of Autumn Lake Recreation Association, Inc., based in Naples, Fla., John Zoetjes of American Architectural Window & Door Inc., based in Sparta, N.J., Jonathan Vento of Ro2 Knipe Village LLC, based in Phoenix, and Jonathan Sanchez, represented by Shimoda Law Corp., based in Elk Grove, Calif.

Katerra is a technology-enabled construction company based in Menlo Park, Calif. The company filed bankruptcy on June 6 under Chapter 11 case number 21-31861.
