Prospect News reports four new defaults for May 27-June 2 period

Olympia, Wash., June 4 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for the week of May 27 through June 2.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by OFS International, LLC, Certa Dose, Inc., Avadim Health, Inc. and Kumtor Gold Co. CJSC, a subsidiary of Centerra Gold Inc.

So far in 2021, Prospect News has reported 69 defaults, including 51 Chapter 11 filings, seven missed interest payments, five Chapter 15 filings, and one each of Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, Canada Business Corporations Act filings, Chapter 7 filings, missed interest and principal payments, missed principal payments and safeguard proceedings.

The four companies that filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy during the week listed over $1.13 billion in assets and over $300 million in liabilities.
