S&P rates West Valley-Mission college bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to the California Community College Financing Authority's $54.999 million series 2008A lease revenue bonds issued on behalf of the West Valley-Mission Community College District.

The outlook is stable.

The bonds are due Feb. 1, 2029.

S&P also affirmed its AA rating on the district's outstanding general obligation bonds.
