Lithuania’s Akropolis eyes inaugural euro-denominated five-year note

Concord, N.H., May 20 – Akropolis Group UAB plans to offer a euro-denominated five-year senior note (expected ratings: /BB+/BB+), marking its debut in the international bond market, according to a market source.

The offering size is expected to be €300 million.

BNP Paribas and JPMorgan are the joint global coordinators and together with Luminor as joint bookrunner will arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls with a global investor call slated to be held on Thursday.

The real estate development company is a subsidiary of Vilniaus Prekyba UAB group and based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
