Moody's gives Global Infrastructure notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it gave a B1 rating to the new senior unsecured $300 million of 10-year notes of Global Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.

The agency assigned Global Infrastructure a B1 senior unsecured rating on May 17.

The proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and to finance inorganic and organic growth.

The outlook is unchanged at stable.
