Calfrac Well Services to repay bank debt with $100 million notes sale

New York, Dec. 9 - Calfrac Well Services Ltd. said it plans repay bank debt with proceeds from a sale of $100 million senior notes due 2015.

Calfrac is a Calgary, Alta., provider of oilfield services.
