OAO GAZPROM: CHF 200 million two-year bonds; BNP Paribas; Moscow-based, government-run energy firm; initial guidance in 9% area; books close April 2.

ODEBRECHT SA: $150 million five-year bonds (/BB/BB+); Banco Santander, Banco Itau (joint books); Rule 144A/Regulation S; proceeds for general corporate purposes; Rio de Janeiro-based construction firm; pricing April 2.

QATAR: Benchmark-sized five- and 10-year bonds; Barclays, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs (joint books); initial guidance at Treasuries plus 350 bps for five-year, Treasuries plus 387.5 bps for 10-year; pricing April 2.

APRIL

HANA BANK: Dollar-denominated benchmark-sized bond; Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ING (joint books); Rule 144A/Regulation S; Seoul-based commercial and retail bank, roadshow started March 30.

LOCAL CURRENCY

AMBANK BHD.: S$425 million 10-year stapled notes (BB/BB); BNP Paribas, AmBank (joint books); proceeds to fund the bank's growth; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based retail and commercial bank.

BANK OF COMMUNICATIONS CO. LTD.: Up to 5 billion yuan bonds, maturity of one to three years; proceeds for granting loans, general working capital and general corporate purposes; Shanghai-based retail and commercial bank.

CELLCOM ISRAEL LTD.: NIS 300 million series D debentures; local market only; Netanya, Israel-based telecom provider.

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD.: Up to 15 billion yuan bond issue; five- to 15-year maturity; interest rate not to exceed central bank benchmark lending rate; proceeds to refinance debt; Beijing-based infrastructure and ports operator.

CHINA SHIPPING DEVELOPMENT CO. LTD.: RMB 5 billion 10-year medium-term notes; proceeds to fund building vessels, to repay bank loans; Shanghai-based shipping company.
