Advisors Disciplined Trust 791 registers units

San Diego, Nov. 18 - Advisors Disciplined Trust 791 has registered units of its Advisors Corporate Trust - Navellier/Dial High-Income Opportunities Portfolio, Series 40, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Monument, Colo.-based Advisors Asset Management, Inc.

The trust seeks high current income and the preservation of capital by investing in a portfolio primarily consisting of interest-bearing, investment-grade corporate debt obligations. The portfolio was selected by Navellier & Associates, Inc. with assistance from Dial Capital management, LLC.

On the trust's inception date, Nov. 18, there was $31,359,980 of contracts to purchase underlying securities and 32,497 units, each with a public offering price of $1,000 and a net asset value of $965.01. The estimated current return is 6.21%, and the estimated long-term return is 5.06%. The estimated net annual interest income is $62.13 per unit.

The units have a maximum sales fee of 3%. Reductions in the sales fee are available on a sliding scale down to 1.5% depending on the number of units purchased.

The weighted average maturity of securities in the trust is 5.24 years.
