Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 21 – Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. has reached an agreement with institutional investors for a private placement of $75 million of senior notes in two parts, according to a news release.
The $35 million of 5.65% senior notes, series WW, due May 2031 and the $40 million of 5.79% senior notes, series XX, due May 2034 are expected to close on May 20.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing leverage and for general corporate purposes.
Kayne Anderson is a Houston-based investment company.
