Prospect News reports three new defaults for April 22-April 28 period

Olympia, Wash., April 30 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of April 22 through April 28.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by Secure Home Holdings LLC and L&L Wings, Inc., as well as a missed interest payment on the Province of La Rioja’s 9¾% notes due 2025.

So far in 2021, Prospect News has reported 63 defaults, including 46 Chapter 11 filings, six missed interest payments, five Chapter 15 filings, and one each of Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, Canada Business Corporations Act filings, Chapter 7 filings, missed interest and principal payments, missed principal payments and safeguard proceedings.

The two companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week posted over $110 million in assets and over $150 million in liabilities.
