Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 3 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $13.92 million of 0% capped buffer gears due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times the ETF return, capped at par plus 36.3%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
