Moody’s assigns Kia notes Baa1
Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to the proposed senior unsecured dollar-denominated notes to be sold by Baa1-rated Kia Corp.
Kia plans to use the proceeds to finance or refinance new or existing projects related to clean transportation under its green finance framework.
The outlook remains stable.
