Entrust Energy reports $1.71 million net income for May period

Olympia, Wash., July 1 – Entrust Energy, Inc. reported a $1.71 million net income on $5.18 million of total revenue for the May period, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

These figures compare to a $560,675 net income on $43.7 million of total revenue for the April period.

The company listed $29.55 million of cash and cash equivalents as of May 31, compared to $27.3 million at the end of April.

Entrust Energy is a Houston-based retail power provider. The company filed bankruptcy on March 30 under Chapter 11 case number 21-31070.
