Advisors Disciplined Trust 786's 25-stock portfolio selected by Peroni

San Diego, Dec. 15 - Advisors Disciplined Trust 786 registered units of its Peroni Growth Portfolio, Winter 2012 Series, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Monument, Colo.-based Advisors Asset Management, Inc.

The trust seeks capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of 25 stocks selected by Eugene Peroni Jr., using the Peroni Method, a bottom-up approach to stock selection based on technical analysis.

On the trust's inception date, Dec. 15, there is $149,179 in contracts to purchase underlying securities. The 15,069 units each have a public offering price of $10 and a net asset value of $9.655. The estimated net annual distribution is $0.0402.

The units have a maximum sales fee of 2.95%, consisting of a 1% initial sales fee, a 1.35% deferred sales fee and a 0.6% creation and development fee. The fee may be reduced on a sliding scale down to 1.4% depending on the number of units purchased.

The trust has a termination date of March 20, 2013.
