Williamsburg Hotel auction adjourned again, now to Jan. 11

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 9 – The auction for 96 Wythe Acquisition LLC’s Williamsburg Hotel in Brooklyn has been moved to Jan. 11 from Jan. 9, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

As previously reported, Chapter 11 trustee Stephen S. Gray received court approval of the bid procedures for the hotel.

According to the notice, the sale hearing is still slated for Jan. 17.

The Brooklyn, N.Y.-based hotel owner filed bankruptcy on Feb. 23, 2021 under Chapter 11 case number 21-22108.
