Arca obtains $95 million credit facility to repay debt

New York, Feb. 16 – Arca Holdings received a $95 million credit facility, which was used to repay existing debt, according to a news release.

Comvest Credit Partners was administrative agent and sole lender.

Arca is a manufacturer of cash automation solutions based in Mebane, N.C.
