Easterday Farms official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 24 – Easterday Ranches, Inc. debtor Easterday Farms’ official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Region 18 U.S. trustee Gregory M. Garvin, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

The members are Juan Ochoa of Labor Plus Solutions, Inc., based in Pasco, Wash., Bill Knox of McGregor Co., based in Colfax, Wash., John Deer Financial, based in Seattle, Jarred McKenzie of Dykman Electrical, Inc., based in Boise, Idaho, Two Rivers Terminal, LLC, based in Rupert, Idaho, and Frank Bushman, based in Nampa, Idaho.

Easterday Ranches is a Pasco, Wash.-based cattle operator. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 1 under Chapter 11 case number 21-00141.
