Alaris Equity to use new debentures to pay down bank debt

Chicago, Jan. 18 – Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust will use a bought-deal offering of new debentures to pay down bank debt under a subsidiary’s senior debt facility, according to a press release.

The facility may be redrawn to fund future investments in new partner investments or general trust purposes.

Calgary, Alta.-based Alaris provides alternative financing to private companies.
