New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.45 million autocallable index-linked notes on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 22 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.45 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Dec. 23, 2024 tied to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 17% if each index closes at or above its initial level on Dec. 21, 2022.
If the notes are not called and each index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the least-performing index return.
If the least-performing index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the least-performing index.
