SmileDirectClub lines up $5.25 million aircraft sale to K&M Charters

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 18 – SmileDirectClub Inc. is seeking court approval to sell aircraft to K&M Charters LLC, according to a motion filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The aircraft is a used Dassault Falcon 2000 jet.

The proposed purchase price is $5.25 million.

SmileDirectClub is a Nashville-based oral care company. It filed bankruptcy on Sept. 29 under Chapter 11 case number 23-90786.
