Los Angeles, Nov. 17 – Blackstone Private Credit Fund sold $500 million of 7.3% five-year notes at a spread of 315 basis points over Treasuries on Thursday, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 325 bps area.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Truist Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
The investment and advisory firm is based in New York.
