New Issue: Blackstone Private Credit sells $200 million 7.05% notes due 2025

Chicago, Nov. 15 – Blackstone Private Credit Fund sold $200 million of 7.05% notes due 2025 on Monday, according to a market source.
The notes priced at a spread of 320 basis points over Treasuries.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Truist Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners on the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The investment and advisory firm is based in New York.
