Madison, Wis., Aug. 1 - The board of directors of ARA-CWT Trust Management (Cache) Ltd., manager of Cache Logistics Trust, announced that Cache-MTN Pte. Ltd. has launched and priced S$35 million of 3½% notes due August 2016.
The 3½% notes will be issued under Cache-MTN's S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program established in February.
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. is the dealer of the notes. Macquarie Capital Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Standard Chartered Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. are the joint global coordinators, bookrunners and underwriters for the offering. Macquarie Capital (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Standard Chartered Securities and DBS are the joint managers.
As previously reported, proceeds from the MTN program will be used to refinance the existing borrowings of Cache-MTN's parent HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd., which is the trustee of Cache Logistics, and its subsidiaries; to finance Cache Logistics' acquisitions or investments; and to finance general working capital.
The notes are expected to settle Aug. 11.
Cache Logistics is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust.
