Eagle Hospitality official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 4 – Eagle Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust unit EHT US1, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee includes Donna Hansen of Holiday Inn Club Vacations Inc., based in Orlando, Fla., Patrick O’Reilly of Hotelier Management Services, LLC, based in Miami Lakes, Fla., Jerome Yuan of Lodging USA Lendco, LLC, based in Pasadena, Calif., Carl Hurwitz of Marriott International, Inc., based in Bethesda, Md., and Ed Hoganson of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC, based in Fairfax, Va.

Singapore-based Eagle Hospitality owns a portfolio of corporate, leisure and airport hotels across the United States. U.S. affiliate EHT US1 filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 18 under case number 21-10036.
