Singapore’s Keppel lifts debt program to S$2 billion, adds perpetuals

Los Angeles, Jan. 14 – Keppel DC REIT announced that wholly owned subsidiary Keppel DC REIT MTN Pte. Ltd. amended its multicurrency medium-term note program to include perpetual securities and to increase the limit to S$2 billion from S$500 million.

Perpetual (Asia) Ltd., the trustee of Keppel DC REIT, was added as the issuer for perpetual securities under the program.

Proceeds from securities issued under the updated debt issuance program will be used to finance or refinance acquisitions or investments, to finance general working capital purposes and to refinance borrowings.

Keppel DC is a Singapore-based data center real estate investment trust.
