Moody’s lifts DTE Energy notes to Baa1

Moody's Ratings said it upgraded DTE Energy Center, LLC's senior secured notes rating to Baa1 from Baa2 and revised the outlook to stable from positive.

The rating action follows the upgrade of Stellantis NV's ratings to Baa1 from Baa2 and an outlook revision to stable from positive on Feb. 29.

“The credit profile of Dteec is constrained by that of its offtaker, FCA US LLC (FCA US), whose credit quality is viewed similar to its parent, Stellantis,” the agency said in a press release.
