Cablecom amends loan, allowing for refinancing of bonds

New York, Oct. 27 - Cablecom Luxembourg SCA amended its credit facility, allowing for the incurrence of indebtedness to refinance its €290 million of 9 3/8% senior notes due 2014, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.

The change also allows for the shares and debt of the company into Holding BV's capital structure.

The amendment is effective as of Oct. 26.

Cablecom is a Swiss cable television operator.
