Former Arandell Holdings Chapter 7 bankruptcy case closed by court

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 9 – Llednara Holdings, Inc., formerly known as Arandell Holdings, Inc., had its Chapter 7 bankruptcy case closed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Tuesday, according to a final decree.

As previously reported, the case has been fully administered, according to a report filed by the Chapter 7 trustee overseeing the case.

After being converted to Chapter 7, the case was pending for nine months.

Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Arandell operates a web offset printer. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Aug. 13, 2020 under case number 20-11941.
