Former Arandell gets exclusivity extension to evaluate wind-down plan

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 4 – Llednara Holdings, Inc., formerly Arandell Holdings, Inc., obtained an extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, the court extended the plan filing period through March 11 from Dec. 11, and the solicitation period through May 10 from Feb. 9.

The company said in its motion that the tasks involved in administering its bankruptcy cases in the last four months have been a labor-intensive process, fully occupying the debtors’ senior management and professionals.

“In light of these circumstances, the debtors submit that the requested extensions are both appropriate and necessary to afford the debtors with sufficient time to adequately evaluate the debtors’ go-forward wind-down plan,” the company said.

Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Arandell operates a web offset printer. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Aug. 13 under case number 20-11941.
