OneMain Finance sets meetings with investors as company publishes social bond framework

Portland, Ore., June 7 – OneMain Finance Corp. (B3/BB-) will begin virtual meetings with fixed income investors on Tuesday, according to an informed source.

The arrangers are BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Mizuho Securities USA Inc.

The company published a social bond framework on its website. S&P Global Ratings provided a second party opinion on that framework.

OneMain is an Evansville, Ind.-based financial services holding company.
