Fitch affirms Bydgoszcz

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the Polish city of Bydgoszcz's long-term foreign currency and local currency ratings at BBB- with a stable outlook.

Fitch said the rating reflects satisfactory operating performance with improved margins, the control over the operating expenditure, diversified tax base and improvement of national economy with its positive projections for the near future.

The rating also takes into account the expected increase in debt to fund investment, according to Fitch.
