New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.75 million accelerated barrier notes on basket

Chicago, April 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.75 million of 0% accelerated barrier notes due Sept. 30, 2025 linked to an equally-weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of Amgen Inc., Gilead Sciences, Inc., Pfizer Inc. and Viatris, Inc.

If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the return, capped at 72.25%.

If the basket declines but finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the basket from its initial level.

The agent is Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.
