Butler International granted exclusivity extension to file plan

New York, Oct. 23 - Butler International, Inc. received an extension to its exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and solicit votes on the plan, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company's exclusive plan-filing period will be extended to Jan. 27 from Sept. 29 and the solicitation period to March 29 from Nov. 28.

Butler International, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based provider of outsourcing services, filed for bankruptcy on June 3. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-11914.
