Moody’s turns ENA view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlooks for ENA Norte Trust and ENA Master Trust to negative from stable.

The weaker outlook reflects the outlook change and rating affirmation on Panama’s government reported on Tuesday, Moody’s said.

The agency also affirmed ENA Norte Trust’s Baa3 senior secured global scale rating and ENA Master Trust's Baa2 senior secured global scale rating.

Moody's said it also corrected the seniority on the ENA Norte's $600 million of senior global notes due April 25, 2028 to senior secured from senior unsecured. “Due to an internal administrative error, these notes were previously incorrectly displayed as senior unsecured,” the agency said in a press release.
