Atlas Air subsidiary enters bridge financing, warehouse financing

New York, Nov. 5 – Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc.’s subsidiary, Titan Aircraft Investments Ltd., entered into a $200 million bridge financing agreement, and its joint venture, Aircraft Investments Ltd., entered into a $300 million warehouse financing agreement, according to a news release.

The warehouse facility will provide debt capital to finance the acquisition of freighter aircraft leases by Titan Aircraft Investments, and the bridge facility will provide debt capital to finance the conversion of passenger aircraft into freighter configuration.

volofin Capital Management is the sole lender and arranger for the bridge financing.

Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec and BNP Paribas are joint lead arrangers and lenders for the warehouse financing.

Atlas Air is a Purchase, N.Y.-based provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services.
