Studio Movie Grill reports $9.49 million net loss for December

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 21 – Studio Movie Grill Holdings, LLC reported a $9.49 million net loss on $2.5 million of net revenue for the Nov. 26 through Dec. 30 period, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

In comparison, the company posted a $9.42 million net loss on $2.17 million of net revenue for the Oct. 23 through Nov. 25 period.

The company had $2.05 million in cash as of Dec. 30, slightly less than $2.08 million in cash as of Nov. 25.

Studio Movie Grill is a Dallas-based dine-in movie theater chain. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 23 under case number 20-32633.
