Acuris Finance talks $350 million seven-year secured notes to yield 5%-5¼%; pricing Friday

Portland, Ore., May 7 – Acuris Finance US, Inc. talked its $350 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes to yield 5% to 5¼%, according to market sources.

Official talk comes on top of initial guidance.

The deal is expected to price on Friday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.

The financial services provider plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes.
